Near the charming town of Terricciola is one of the most important wine producers in the province of Pisa. Villa Sughera is located on this large property. The villa consists of two buildings around a yard. Here are a total of 5 apartments. The villa is secluded with a large garden and nice patios.

The apartments are decorated with comfortable Tuscan furniture. Rooms are spacious and typically Tuscan in style with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. The pool measures 7 x 15 meters, depth 1.10 – 2.70 meters and is open in the period April – October. It is walking distance to restaurant. The villa has internet.

Terricciola is registered in the national; City of Wine Association. This city has a passion for wine, and if you are lucky you can participate in one of the many festivals that take place here. The city is located in the middle of the province of Pisa between Pontedera and Volterra. The landscape is beautiful in this area, and you get to experience picturesque beautiful Tuscany with rolling landscapes, cypresses and small picturesque towns.

If you live in Villa Sughera, you have a perfect starting point to visit several exciting places such as; Pisa 25 km, Volterra 25 km, Lucca 45 km, Siena 70 km, and Florence 65 km. The coast is 35 km away. The cozy town of Cascina Terme (10 km) is famous for its thermal baths located right in the center. This is a spa bath and may be worth a visit for both young and old. Cascina is a little gem with cozy shops and restaurants.

The nearest small town, Morrona, is 1 km away. Here you will find a bar and an alimentari (small grocery store that sells bread, hams, milk and other grocery products). Within easy driving distance you will also find a larger shop and good restaurants.

The owner of Villa Sughera is well known in wine circles. Free wine tasting is arranged for guests. In the kitchen of the villa there is a wine cabinet with wine from the property. Here you can buy lovely wines if you wish. We collaborate with some knowledgeable chefs who can come to cook for you or hold cooking courses. The price of a three-course dinner and some wine in 2016 is € 45.00-55.00 per person. Lower prices for children. Cooking courses have different prices. The chefs do everything from shopping to doing the dishes. Small dogs / pets are permitted. Within easy driving distance of the villa you will find several good restaurants. One restaurant is within walking distance. This is open Thursday-Sunday, and can be opened on other days on request. The baker, who sells fresh baked goods at the door every morning, is very popular.

Perfect to rent for groups of families or friends. Here you can stay in 5 spacious apartments and have a pool and garden to yourself. This old farmhouse belonged to the former farmers who worked at the old monastery nearby. All apartments have been beautifully refurbished and are decorated in a cozy Tuscan style. The apartments are located on the ground floor with their own patio with table and chairs. The apartment is spacious with a large cozy kitchen and living room with fireplace and dining table. The apartments are located on the second floor with separate entrance. At the front door, the apartment has its own patio with table and chairs where you can enjoy meals outdoors. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment has a large living room with large fireplace and dining table. Cozy ground floor apartment with patio at the entrance. The apartment is furnished with antique furniture that gives lovely comfort. Like the other apartments in Villa Sughera, this one also has a large beautiful fireplace in the living room. Furthermore, there are 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Internet.

Apartment Giulebbe (4)

A stone staircase leads up to the entrance to the apartment located on the second floor. At the entrance, the apartment has a private veranda and patio with table and chairs. Here you have a beautiful view and can enjoy meals outdoors. The apartment has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, and one with two separate beds) and 2 bathrooms. Apartment Sodi (6)

A large and pretty apartment on the second floor. The apartment has its own entrance, and patio on the ground floor by the stairs leading up to the apartment. The apartment has a large living / dining room with fireplace, a large and cozy kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is in a charming rustic style with terracotta floors and exposed beams. Internet.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday. Ask about prices per apartment.
Bed linen and towels are included and changed weekly.
Prices include final cleaning, electricity and gas.
If your rent is for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
Possibility to insert extra bed for a supplement of NOK 1000.00 per week.
Extra change of linen 12.00 € per person and extra cleaning 10.00 € per hour.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 16:00 and 19:00. Let us know well in advance if you arrive after 19:00.
Departure: By 10.00.
