This magnificent villa is located in the countryside on a hillside a short drive from the charming medieval town of Lucca. From the pool (13×5.5m, depth 1.25-1.50m) and the garden there are fantastic views of olive groves and vines. The pool is open from 3 May and closes on 30 October. In this area are several of Lucca’s famous olive and vineyards, and it is a great experience to visit these for a meal, tasting and shopping. Nearby are small picturesque places like pearls on a string, and by car you quickly reach a local baker and butcher.

The villa consists of 4 very tastefully designed apartments. There is air conditioning and mosquito netting in the bedrooms. The apartments have separate entrances. The place is secluded and quiet, and you almost get a feeling of living in a house for yourself. The villa is set in a large and nice garden which is beautifully planted with flowers, shrubs, fruit trees and herbs. The apartments share a large and lovely pool area. There is also a separate jacuzzi with space for six people. In the gardens outside each of the apartments there are separate very nice seating areas with covered. The garden has a pizza oven, and upon request it can be arranged with the chef who prepares pizza. Nearest grocery store: 3 km.

The villa is strategically located to reach several exciting places in Tuscany. Lucca city center is just 12 km from the property, and the beaches of Viareggio you can reach by car in about 35 min. Pisa is 45 minutes away. It takes about 1 hour to drive to Florence. The sea 45 min, Siena 1 h 50 min, Volterra 40 min and Cinque Terre 1 h 30 min.

Camelia (8 + 2)

Camelia sleeps 8 people. The apartment has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people, but only for children under 12 years. The apartment is 235 sqm., And goes over three floors. The ground floor (100 sqm) has a large living and dining room with piano, and kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven. On the second floor are 3 en suite bedrooms (decorated in Carrara marble), two of which have a spa bath. The third floor has a suite consisting of a bathroom, small living room (with sofa bed) and a double bedroom. The apartment is decorated with antique Tuscan furniture. The apartment has its own patio where you can eat outside and enjoy the view. Air conditioning and mosquito nets in the bedrooms.

Orchidea (8 + 1)

Orchidea sleeps 8 people. The apartment is 190 sqm and extends over 3 floors. The ground floor has a cozy living room with fireplace and large kitchen with stove and dishwasher. From the living room there is access to the balcony. The apartment has 4 en suite bedrooms (decorated with marble from Carrara). The apartment is decorated with antique Tuscan furniture. The apartment has a patio where meals can be enjoyed in beautiful surroundings. Air conditioning and mosquito nets in the bedrooms.

Melograno (8)

Melograno sleeps 8 people. The apartment is 143 sqm., And goes over two floors.
It has a large kitchen with stove and dishwasher, living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (decorated with marble from Carrara). Ginestra (6 + 2)

Ginestra can accommodate 6 people. In addition, it is possible for two more people. The apartment has a small studio with single sofa bed for one person. In addition, there is a sofa bed for one person in the living room. The apartment is 145 sqm, and goes over two levels. It has a large kitchen with stove and dishwasher, large living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (decorated in Carrara marble) where one has a whirlpool. The prices above are in Norwegian kroner and apply to weekly stays. Weekly rentals only in June, July and August. Ask about prices during the Christmas and New Year weekend.
Included in the price: WIFI, use of jacuzzi, safe in each apartment, bed linen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning, housekeeper Tuesdays and Thursdays, new towels Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Laundry room available with washing machine, iron and board. There will be a supplement for renting all the apartments together. The reason for this is that large groups require a lot of work in connection with, for example, arranging joint meals, pizza evenings and other activities.
A supplement is paid for AC electricity for heating, heating is normally only required for rent for the period before May or from the end of September. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms in each apartment: € 0.15 per kwt.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be arranged. Anniversaries and weddings can be arranged.
A security deposit of € 400.00 per apartment must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, 50% of the rental amount is charged. The balance is payable 12 weeks before arrival

Arrival: 15:00 and 17:00. Let us know if you arrive after 17:00.
Departure: By 10.00.
