Beautiful villa for 17 guests on a hill with 360 degree panoramic views, in the Parma region. The villa has a large flat garden, a 20-meter long and 5.5-meter wide pool and two large patios. One of the patios is located on the ground floor by the pool. Here are rectangular tables and a perfect area for outdoor meals. The villa is decorated in typical Tuscan style and has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Table tennis tables and football games / tables are on the property.

The villa has 8 bedrooms and 17 beds, 7 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, one kitchen, AC, Wi-Fi, wood burning oven for bread and pizza and one separate BBQ area. Fly with KLM to Bologna! The owner can arrange a tasting of Parmesan cheese and a tour of the production facilities. 2 minutes by car to the nearest restaurant. The house’s terrace and outdoor areas make the space an ideal place for groups of friends and celebrations such as weddings, anniversaries and birthday parties. The maximum number of people for events with banqueting tables outdoors, under a roof, is set at 80 people. This takes place on the large covered terrace on the second floor. The house has recently been completely restored. Old facades are well preserved, such as old bricks, wooden beams and terracotta floors. The villa is about 400 square meters. In total, the villa sleeps 17 people. All bedrooms are spacious and bright and have AC. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. The villa is spread over three floors. One double bedroom w / bathroom is located on the ground floor. Here is also a large living room with large double doors to the garden. The living room has a dining table and two seating areas. On the ground floor there is also a large and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are also rooms with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

On the second floor are 3 double rooms, each with its own bathroom.

On the third floor are two departments with suites. One suite with space for 5 people: double room with door to another double room with extra bed, and attached bathroom. Those who sleep in the first double room must go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. Therefore, the suite is best suited for a family. The second suite can accommodate 4 people: a double room with a door to an additional double room, and an attached bathroom. The prices above are in euros and apply per week.
The villa is rented Saturday-Saturday in June, July and August.
Tourist tax is added and amounts to € 2.00 per person per day from the age of 18.
Included in the price are wifi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. The house must be left tidy. Dishwashing should be put in the dishwasher, and no food residue should be left behind. The refrigerator is emptied.
A supplement is paid for the use of electricity for eg AC / heating. Consumption is read on the meter and paid for on site.
A security deposit of € 500.00 must be paid on arrival. The amount will be refunded in full on the way home if no damage to furniture has occurred.
