This stately villa is located in the middle of a small village in the exciting region of Lombardy. The nearest airports are in Bergamo (176km), Venice (134km), Bologna (85km), Pisa (262km) and Milan (235km). The villa is located in the province of Mantova on the banks of the river Po, Italy’s longest river. Here you live on the border of three exciting Italian regions: Lombardia, Veneto and Emilia. The regions are known as Italy’s cultural center. In addition, the regions are known for good ingredients, delicious food, famous wines, history, architecture and successes such as Ferrari and Ducati.

The villa is from the late 18th century, is surrounded by a beautiful park and has undergone a significant restoration where the owner has placed emphasis on retaining its original style and charm. The villa is decorated with beautiful furniture and details from times gone by. The villa is spread over two floors and has high ceilings. It contains a large entrance hall, two living rooms, a dining room, kitchen and five bedrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have AC.

The garden has magnificent old trees, lawns, shrubs and flowers. The property is fenced with high walls, and an electric gate leads into the courtyard. Although the villa is located in a small center, the property is quiet thanks to the large garden. 10 bicycles are available for guests. The pool is (10x5m, depth 1.6m). The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. On request, it can be kept open outside these periods. There are good conditions for cycling, both long and short. Ground floor: Spacious hall (60 sqm) and two large living rooms equipped with: TV, DVD, music system, CDs and English books. Furthermore, there is a dining room and kitchen. On the same floor there are two bathrooms, one of which has a shower. By the bathroom is a small room that can be converted into an extra bedroom. Internet point.

Second floor: Large hall, five double bedrooms (three with double beds). A total of 10 beds. Three bathrooms with shower. Four bedrooms are air conditioned. Part of the 2nd floor is closed. This is the owner’s private room, but is never used when the villa is rented out.

Prices are stated in euros and apply per day. Minimum rent is only 4 days throughout the season. 10% discount on rentals of at least one week. 10% discount when booking less than 15 days before arrival. Maximum 10% discount.

Included in the price is a weekly change of bed linen and towels as well as final cleaning. 2 hours cleaning of bathroom and kitchen on Wednesdays is included in the price.
There is a supplement for AC of € 0.40 per kWh, remember to keep the doors and windows closed when using AC.
If your rent is for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.

Security deposit of € 300.00 must be provided on arrival in case of breakages. If no significant damage has occurred, the amount will be returned in full upon departure.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 15:30 and 18:30. If you arrive after 18:30, the owner must be informed well in advance, and a separate agreement must be made directly with the owner.
