Lovely villa in Lucca. 16 + 4 guests. Beautiful villa in popular Lucca divided into 4 apartments. Large pool and air conditioning. Accommodation for 16-20 people. Walking distance to restaurant, baker and perhaps the best gelateria (ice cream bar) in the Lucca area.

Villa Loredana maintains a good standard and is divided into 4 modern apartments with their private outdoor areas. All apartments have a well-equipped kitchen (fridge w / freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), wifi, satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and parking space. In addition to the 4 apartments, the villa has a large annex by the pool. In the annex you will find a well-equipped communal kitchen, dining room with long table and TV corner, two bathrooms with shower and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. An Italian couple living on the property are available to guests (they do not use the garden and pool, and you hardly notice them during your stay). In high season, priority is given to renting out the villa as a unit, and guests have exclusivity on the property. If the villa is rented out apartment by apartment, there is a shared pool and common area. In total the villa has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All four apartments have 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4). One of the apartments also has a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, an extra bed can be added in two of the apartments. Then there is a total of 20 beds. It is also possible to put a bed for small children.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden with lawn. The pool area has a sun terrace with sun loungers, two pergolas with seating areas and a BBQ area with a pizza oven. An artificial small stream flows into the pool (20x8m, depth 1-2m). The pool is open from May to September. The property is surrounded by a tall hedge that shields from view from other houses. The apartments Basilico and Limone can be converted into a large apartment for 8-10 people.

The center of Lucca is a charming old town, located about 20 minutes by car from the villa. Lucca is surrounded by a 4.2 km long city wall. Here, local small shops are close together in narrow cobbled streets. The city has a bustling cultural life, 99 churches and beautiful piazzas. Lucca is a great base from which to explore Tuscany. The nearest airport is in Pisa, 40 minutes from Villa Loredana. The coast can be reached in 45 min, Florence 1 hour, San Gimignano 1 hour and 15 min, Volterra 1 hour, Siena 1 hour and 40 min.

At the villa it is possible to request various additional services. A personal chef can come to the villa to prepare meals and hold cooking classes for guests. Pizza can be prepared in an outdoor pizza oven. If you want to arrange a party, anniversary, etc. possibly with guests, chef or the like, there is an extra charge for the use of the area. Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the villa, wine tasting at local wineries and spa treatments. During the summer months, guests can reserve a place on the beach with sun loungers, access to the swimming pool and restaurant. Pomodoro (4)

Apartment of about 70 sqm, room for 4 people. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with glass door to the terrace. Large dining / living room with large stone fireplace. 2 double rooms where one of these has two single beds. 1 bathroom with shower. Private terrace with table and chairs.

Mirtillo (4)

Apartment of about 60 sqm, room for 4 people. Steps up to the entrance. Well equipped kitchenette and dining area. 2 double rooms where one of these has two single beds. Wardrobes in the hallway. 1 spacious bathroom with shower. Private terrace with table and chairs.

Lemon (4 + 2)

Apartment of about 70 sqm located on the ground floor, sleeps 4 + 2 people. Well equipped kitchenette. Dining room / living room with space for 8 people and a sofa bed with space for 2. 2 double rooms where one of these has two single beds. 1 bathroom with shower. Private patio with table and chairs. Limone and Basilico can be merged into one large apartment. Total space for 8 + 2.

Basilico (4)

Apartment of about 80 sqm located on the ground floor, and with room for 4 people. This is the largest apartment in the villa. Spacious dining area by the kitchenette with seating for up to 12 people. Fireplace in the living room. 1 double room with private bathroom and 1 double room with two single beds (can be converted into a double bed) and separate walk-in wardrobe. The apartment has a further bathroom with shower. Private patio with table and chairs. Basilico and Limone can be merged into one large apartment. Total space for 8 + 2.

The prices above are euros and apply to weekly stays. Included in the price is the weekly change of bed linen and towels, Wifi and a small, free welcome gift in each apartment. Final cleaning is also included.
Any use of air conditioning and heating is an additional cost. Amounts Euro 100.00 per apartment. Heating is not normally required in June, even for large parts of September.
Laundry room with access to washing machine, iron and tray.
A security deposit of € 150.00, per apartment, must be paid. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred. When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
When arranging joint dinners / chefs who cook / anniversaries / weddings, etc., there will be a cost of somewhere between 150 and 1500 euros for the use of the annex / facilities on site.

Departure: By 08.00-10.00.
