Sluttrengjøring tilkommer og betales på stedet. € 13 per person (minimum € 279)
Extra charges on request (to be paid ONLY IF requested by the client) :
1 )air conditioned/heating : € 1 x Kwh / € 5 x m3 (charged upon consumption with a meter inside the house, that the guest can always check )
2)Dog : € 40 per week if the dog is medium or big size. Free only for small size (under 5 –6 kg )
3)Extra bed : € 50 each
Prisen inkluderer sengetøy, håndklær og sluttvask. Forbruk av AC og eventuell bruk av oppvarming (kun nødvendig i deler av mai og fra slutten av september) tilkommer.
Det er babysenger tilgjengelig som lånes ut gratis.
Turistskatt tilkommer og betales på stedet. Gjelder for alle personer over 10 år.
På forespørsel kan det organiseres med kokk som kommer til villaen for å tilberede måltider. Be om priseksempel.
Ved bestilling skal det betales 30% av leiesum.
Restbetalingen gjøres 10 uker før ankomst.
Ankomsttidspunkt: Fra kl 17.00 til 20:00. Ønsker man å ankomme tidligere eller senere må dette avtales med Primatoscana og eieren.
Avreise: Mellom kl 08:00 og kl 10.00. Ønskes tidligere eller senere avreise må dette avtales med Primatoscana og eieren.

We were two families with a total of 8 children, for which the house was perfect. The only thing we would like was air conditioning in all bedrooms, only two bedrooms have this and it was very hot at night.
Super location with a short stroll to the nearest local baker with fresh bread every morning, a lovely pizza place with takeaway, and a short drive to the nearest grocery store. Very good restaurant just down the street from the house. And a lively playground/meeting place two minutes away where families, young people, grandparents etc. met in the evenings with a small kiosk, tennis court, football pitch and playground. The kids had a great time here.
We would love to come back to Casa Mira!!

food in the on-site restaurant.
