Villa Isabella has recently been completely renovated and stands out as an inviting villa. The house is spread over two floors and is about 170 sqm. The kitchen is in a country Tuscan style, and has a door to the patio at the front of the house. The dining room and living room are spacious and provide ample space for pleasant company and relaxation indoors. The house has a large parking space. By the pool is a practical and pleasant annex divided into three rooms. One of the rooms is a playroom for children. Here are toys and a table with football games. One of the rooms is used for changing rooms. The last room has a bathroom with jacuzzi. There is room with a massage table, and massages and beauty treatments are available on request. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols around the pool. The pool (8×4 meters, depth from 1.20m to 1.40m) is open from Easter to October. Lots of different activities, as you have table tennis, volleyball court, basketball goal and five-a-side football court. Balls can be borrowed.

The villa is located on a courtyard where there is another house (same owner). This villa does not have a garden and pool belonging to Villa Isabella. Some traffic noise is to be expected even though the property is secluded from the center of Altopascio. Walking distance to bank, supermarkets, dry cleaners, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias and fitness center. Walking distance to bus stop and train station. Possibility to do laundry.

Short walk to rural areas with local wineries in an area called Montecarlo. The road from Villa Isabella and up to the village of Montecarlo is surrounded by olive groves and vines, and is perfect for those who love running or cycling. Cooking classes and a chef can come to the house to prepare meals. Dining outside in the garden or around the pool can be recommended. A night out without children can also be organized with reliable babysitters.

About the Villa:

Total space for 8 people. 170 sqm. WIFI. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. On the ground floor is a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has two single beds that can be easily converted into a double bed. Direct access to the garden from the kitchen. On the second floor are 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. Hairdryer.

Minimum rent is 2 days. The prices above are in euros and apply per night.

Included in the price are: Weekly change of bed linen and towels, use of AC / heating, use of WIFI, pool towels and use of electricity.
Final cleaning is paid upon departure and costs € 120.00.
A cot can be added on request.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid upon arrival and is € 2.00 per person per day.
A security deposit of € 200.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
