Spacious villa with stunning views. Perfect for groups of friends. Accommodates 13 + 4 people. Pool. The villa is located near Montecatini, the area between Lucca and Florence. Beautiful covered patio with long table, BBQ, pizza oven and marble top perfect for rolling out pizza dough. The villa is located overlooking olive groves, orchards, vineyards and small villages. Activities such as table tennis and football games are available. The owner has arranged for a “fitness trail” in the woods. There are posts with activities for those who want to combine fun and training during the holidays. There are also bicycles that can be used to cycle in the area. Best suited for the well-trained, as there are steep roads. Outdoor jacuzzi at your disposal.

The villa is divided into two apartments with separate entrances. Including two double sofa beds, there is room for a total of 17 people in the villa.

Right outside the villa is a nice patio with a large dining table with chairs, a barbecue and a pizza oven. This is one perfect place to enjoy meals outdoors. Halfway down to the pool there is a small table with three chairs where a couple of people can have breakfast while enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. The pool is 12 meters long, 5 meters wide and 1.3 meters deep, and is open from May to September. There are several sun loungers, a gazebo with seating, an outdoor music system and a separate bar. The pool area is also fenced with fence and shrubs. The villa has central heating and solar panels, and is therefore easy to heat if needed. The villa does not have AC, but is located high on a hillside where there is often a light breeze. The villa has thick brick walls, all windows have mosquito nets. In combination with the fans, this makes the villa suitable even on hot summer days.

Additional services are also offered on site, such as catering for lunch or dinner, dinner prepared on site (eg pizza, Tuscan food, etc.), wine tasting, babysitting and maid service.

The nearest restaurant is 1 km away. The nearest town is 2 km away and is called Vangile. Here you will find shops, supermarkets, bakeries and markets. For greater needs, Montecatini is 3.5 km away, and here you will find several restaurants, shopping malls, cinemas, a train station and a bus station. Nearest supermarket (Esselunga) 4 km.

About the Villa

The villa is divided into two apartments. One apartment, “Girasole”, has 3 double rooms. One bedroom in the 1st et. and two on the second floor. The bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom (with sauna), while the bedroom on the 1st floor. has private bathroom. “Girasole” has the largest kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine. The apartment has 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Playstation and music system. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and safe.

The second apartment, “Lavanda”, has all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. A total of 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has a double bed + single bed). One of the double bedrooms has a private bathroom. The other bedrooms share a bathroom. In this apartment there is also a sofa bed on the ground floor where it is possible to sleep for two more people. The kitchen is equipped with the same fixtures as “Lavanda”. From the kitchen in “Lavanda” there is a short way to the patio with BBQ and pizza oven.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday.
Weekly rentals only in July and August.
Final laundry, bed linen and towels are included in the prices.
Any use of heating not included in the price.
A security deposit of € 500 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full upon departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, about 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 15:00 and 19:00. Arrivals later than 19:00 can be arranged, but € 50.00 will be added to the final bill.
