Villa Alessandro is a wonderful villa located near the hills just outside the center of Lucca. The villa is located in a quiet area at the end of a road and is surrounded by a huge garden. From the garden there are views over the hills surrounding Lucca. Villa Alessandro is beautifully decorated in a modern style. All rooms have different beautiful and soft colors. The owner has put a lot of work into making the villa exclusive and stylish. At the front door of the villa is a beautiful pergola / sunroof with seating area. Here you can enjoy meals outdoors. Next to the pergola you will find two comfortable armchairs.

The garden has several comfortable relaxation areas. A few meters from the villa is the inviting pool area where it’s sunny all day. Here you will also find the pergola, with curtains, so that you can have the opportunity to seek refuge in the shade. By the pool there are sun loungers, chairs and a lovely sofa. There is lawn around the entire pool. The pool is 12×6 meters and 1.2 to 1.4 meters deep, and is open all year. The villa has a pizza oven, and a pizza chef can be hired on request.

From the terrace’s double glass doors you enter the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all modern aids and there is plenty of counter space. It has two sets of gas hobs, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with separate freezer. On the ground floor is one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, large and beautiful dining room with dining table, TV corner, fireplace and a laundry room. The second floor has four bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. The villa has AC. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two living rooms with fitted wardrobes and a “relaxation area”. In one living room there is a double sofa bed.

Location

In the nearest village you will find a small supermarket, a local grocery store, and various other shops, restaurants and facilities. The center of Lucca is 8 km away. Lucca is a cozy old town with narrow cobbled streets and little car traffic. Here are a number of charming trattorias, cafes and specialty shops close together. It is an experience in itself to buy food from one of the local butchers in the city. Here you get the best ingredients in terms of cheeses, hams, oils, wine, fruits and vegetables. Lucca has a good selection of shops and restaurants, and the city has a rich cultural life. Every summer a music festival is held, and it is often visited by big international stars. It can be arranged with a pizzaiolo, who comes and makes pizza in the villa’s nice, outdoor pizza oven. Delicious!

If you want a few days by the sea, the Versilia coast is only 40 minutes away by car.
Lucca is centrally located in Tuscany, 45 min from Pisa and 1 hour and 10 min from Florence. The sea (40min) and Siena (1hr and 50min).

The villa is 250 sqm. and contains 5 bedrooms. 3 double bedrooms, and two bedrooms with two single beds. 5 baths. In addition, the villa has a double sofa bed in one living room which is adjacent to the bedrooms on the second floor. If you use the sofa bed, you have access to a bathroom without having to go through a bedroom. Kitchen, lounge / living room, dining room and laundry room. Large garden of over 2 acres. Pool and several nice seating areas in the shade. The villa has AC.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday.
All guests over the age of 14 must pay a tourist tax of € 1.50 per day for the first three days of a stay. A week’s stay thus gives a cost of € 4.50 per person in tax.
Weekly linen and towel changes and final cleaning are included in the price.
Any use of AC is not included in the price.
Possibility to insert cot (1 available on request, free of charge) and high chair (1 available on request, no extra charge).
A supplement is paid for electricity for heating (central heating, paid according to consumption), this is normally only necessary for rent for the period before May or from the end of September.
A security deposit of EUR 1,000.00 (or equivalent converted to own currency) must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full upon departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 16:00 and 19:00. The holder may need to be informed of late or delayed arrival. Departure: By 10.00.
