Stay in the middle of the cozy center of Lucca in the heart of Tuscany. Here you live right in the center of an exciting Tuscan town with history dating back to the Etruscan era. The city oozes charm, and here you can walk in an almost car-free city center in narrow cobbled streets with exciting specialty shops, beautiful churches, piazzas and restaurants. Lucca is Puccini’s hometown, and reularly you can experience opera concerts in one of the city’s many piazzas.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has beautiful views. It is bright and has modern furniture.
The apartment consists of a small but functional kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bath and washing machine, bedroom and living / dining room. Bedroom and living room are separated by large shelves that act as a wall. The dining room has two single sofa beds. From the living room there is access to a lovely roof terrace.
There is no elevator in the building. 102 steps from street level up to the apartment.

Distances: Pisa 30 min, sea 30 min, Florence 1 h, Siena 2 h.

About the apartment

The apartment has a bathroom with bath, kitchen, open solution with bedroom / living / dining room in one. One double bed and two sofa beds in the same room. All windows have sun shading.
The apartment has a terrace with great views of Lucca. The terrace has a high fence (1 m) and is safe for children. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs.

The prices above are in Norwegian kroner and apply to weekly stays.
You can rent from and to optional weekdays, but minimum 3 days.
The price includes final cleaning, but the kitchen must be cleaned and the dishwasher must be emptied. If this is not done satisfactorily, € 50.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.
If your rent is for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. There are no other costs.
A security deposit of € 400.00 must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount is charged. The balance is paid in two installments. The last amount is payable on arrival.

Time of arrival: Between 16:00 and 18:00. It is important to inform of late arrival.
Departure: By 10.00.
