Cozy Tuscan stone house by Lucca with pool and great location. 4 + 2 people. Casa Patrizia is secluded in a beautiful valley side of Lucca. The house and the property have great views over green meadows, and towards the mountains. This is a charming stone house decorated in typical Tuscan style.

The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor has an open kitchen and living room with dining table, fireplace and separate section with comfortable sofa bed. On the second floor is a beautiful bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. One with double bed and the other with bunk bed. The bedrooms and living room have AC.

The house is surrounded by gardens with lawn. In the middle of the garden is a beautiful pool (5x10m, depth 1.40m). The pool is open in the period May – week 40. Patio with chairs table and parasol in a pleasant shaded area. Here you do not need much else than little trip to the baker or butcher now and then, and then meander your way back to the holiday paradise.

In the local area there are several wineries where you can get a tour and buy wine and oil. Several of Lucca’s best oils and wines are grown in this area. The nearest local environment is characterized by sprawling buildings of detached houses and villas. This is an attractive area for holiday homes. The nearest small village is 5 km away. In Ponte a Moriano you will find restaurants, ice cream parlors, grocery stores, butchers and specialty shops around a cozy piazza. To the center of Lucca it’s about 14 km.

Lucca is a cozy old town with narrow cobbled streets and little car traffic with cozy trattorias, cafes and specialty shops close together. It is an experience in itself to buy food from one of the local butchers in the city. Here you get the best ingredients in terms of cheeses, hams, oils, wine, fruits and vegetables. Lucca has a good selection of shops and restaurants, and the city has a rich cultural life. Every summer, music festivals are held, and it is often visited by major international stars.

If you want a few days by the sea, the Versilia coast is only 45 minutes away by car. Lucca is centrally located in Tuscany, 45 min from Pisa and 1 min and 10 min from Florence.

About the house

From the front door you come directly to the kitchen / dining room with fireplace. By the kitchen is a small storage room with washing machine. A large archway leads to the living room, with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and DVD player. The ground floor has air conditioning.

The second floor has a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
Three sides of the house are surrounded by garden with lawn. On the property there is a swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and sun loungers. There is also a seating area for meals.

The prices above are in euros and apply per week. Minimum 5 day rent. Ask about the price of stays other than one week.
Linens and towels, Final cleaning costs € 60.00 and is payable in cash on arrival.
If your rent is for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
A supplement is paid for the use of AC and wifi € 100.00 per week. This is settled on site.
A security deposit of € 300, 00 must be paid on arrival. The money will be returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 16:00 and 18:00. The host may need to be informed of delayed arrival.
Departure: By 10.00.
