Villa Orchidea is a large villa spread over two floors. The main villa has 6 double rooms and 2 single rooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the double rooms has a fireplace and a terrace. In addition, the villa also has a suite with a small living room, bathroom and access to a cot. The annex has a double room and is located in the basement, and can be rented together with the main villa if desired. Free wifi works in the living area on the ground floor of the main villa. The network corresponds to the use of approximately 8 devices (mobile / PC) simultaneously.

Villa Orchidea has lovely gardens and fenced property. The swimming pool is 11 * 6m and 80-250cm deep, open from May to September. Can be opened earlier in the spring in good weather and at an additional cost. It is cozy, surrounded by flat lawn, flowers, shrubs and green trees. Plenty of chairs and sun loungers outdoors. 250 meters from the villa is a small hotel. There is a small grocery store, and restaurant. The nearest village is Guardistallo and is about 3 km away. The property is centrally located in Tuscany, and with a 15 min drive, you can easily reach the coast and nice beaches. Other places of interest are the Bolgheri wine region, Casale Marittimo, Volterra and San Gimignano. On day trips you can also easily visit other famous cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Arezzo, to name a few.

Main villa (16 + 2)

On the ground floor is 1 double room with terrace and 1 double room with two single beds. Both have private bathrooms. Furthermore, there is a large dining room with dining table, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, spacious and well equipped kitchen with dining table (dishwasher, stove, microwave, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, toaster). On the ground floor is also a small chapel. Annex (2 + 1)

Villa Orchidea has an adjoining annex for 2 + 1 people. The annex is spread over two floors and has air conditioning. Here are brick walls, traditional archways, beamed ceilings and terracotta tiles. Facilities such as stereo, air-conditioning, mosquito net and parking access. Ground floor: small entrance hall, kitchenette (toaster, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine), living room, sitting area and small library. Second floor: 1 large double room with bathroom. Without Wifi.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. You can rent the whole (18 + 3 people) or parts (12 people) of the villa. Included in the price is the weekly change of bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning is at an additional cost of € 500.00 per week for 16 people and € 500.00 per week for 18 people. € 50.00 for the annex and € 300.00 for renting the party room.
Free Wifi works in the living area on the ground floor of the main villa. The network corresponds to the use of approximately 8 devices (mobile / PC) simultaneously. The annex is without WIFI.
Power consumption for AC and lights equivalent to 500 kWt per week are included in the price for 16 people, rent of the annex and rent of the party room. In addition to this, € 0.50 per kWt is paid.
A supplement is paid for the use of air conditioning (measured after use). Only the bedrooms in the main villa are air conditioned. The entire annex is air conditioned. One supplement is paid for gas for heating of € 6.00 per cubic meter (measured by use).
Heating is normally only required for rentals for the period before May or from the end of September.
The swimming pool is closed in the periods 7 / 1-29 / 4 and 30 / 9-23 / 12 2017, can be opened for a supplement of € 300.00 per week. There is an additional charge for extra linen change € 10.00 per person. One supplement is paid for extra change of towels € 5.00 per person. One supplement is paid for the rental of beach towels € 5.00 per person.
Daily cleaning can be arranged on request.
Chef can be hired to the villa and prepare meals, on request.
When booking several weeks, you choose whether you want a midweek cleaning, and change of bed linen and towels at the same price as the final wash. A free cot is added on request, for the next cot a supplement of € 50.00 per piece, per week. A free high chair is added on request, for the next high baby chair a supplement of € 30.00 per piece, per week.
There is a limited number of extra beds allowed in the villa, this varies from the number of people. Only 2 extra beds allowed for 16 people in the main villa and for the annex only 1 extra bed is allowed. Supplement for extra bed: € 140.00 per piece, per week.
In cases of water shortage in the area, the owner may provide a limit on water consumption per week. If you use more than this limit, there will be an additional cost in these cases. Price 5.00 m3. A water consumption corresponding to a normal consumption during a holiday stay will be calculated. This is a procedure that is done to avoid unnecessary use of water during periods of water shortage.

A security deposit of € 900.00 is required upon arrival for 16 people. € 900.00 when renting the associated party room. There is no security deposit for renting the annex alone. The deposit can be paid in cash or by card. The money is returned in full upon departure if no significant damage has occurred. The amount is payable in cash or by credit card on arrival.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
Dogs are permitted. There is an extra € 50.00 for cleaning when you bring a dog.

Arrival time: Between 17:00 and 19:00. If you need to arrive after 19:00, it is important that an agreement is made in advance. You can not arrive later than 19:00 without making an appointment. If the flight is delayed, you must call as soon as possible and report late arrival. Upon arrival after 22:30, an agreement will be made to place the key. Formal check-in will take place the next day.
Departure: By 09.30 the day of departure.
