Lovely villa in Tuscany with room for 16 to 20 people. Villa La Frasca is located on a beautiful estate characterized by history and culture. The property is surrounded by vines and green rolling hills. Live in central Tuscany and easily reach the beaches and famous places such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence. 30 min by car to the coast and 1 hour to a large water amusement park.

Podere 1 and Podere 2 make up a total of 16 beds. Podere Frasca has a total of 20 beds and consists of La Frasca and a single smaller house with 2 double rooms, Il Fienile.

Villa La Frasca consists of 3 residential units over two buildings with space for 20 people. The main house is divided into two apartments that can be opened with doors inside, and converted into a large villa. The main house has two kitchens, living rooms and a large dining room. Kitchen utensils in the apartments; dishwasher, Italian and American coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, 4-plate stove, oven. From the 1st floor there is direct access to the terrace with long table and large parasol. The villa and the annex are a total of 610 sqm, and have 10 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The villas are of a high standard and are decorated in a charming Tuscan style. The villa has air conditioning and WIFI. The swimming pool (15 x 7.5 meters, with a depth of 1.20 – 2.60 meters) is surrounded by a panoramic terrace and tasteful and comfortable outdoor furniture. The pool is open from 3 May until 30 October.

From the property there are great views over the vineyards. The villa is secluded, around the house there are lawns and nicely planted with ornamental shrubs and flowers. There is access to a tennis court located on the property. Baker’s car arrives at the villa every morning (except Sundays). Here you can buy different types of bread etc.

The villa is located on a larger property. Central to the property is a historic villa which today is the premises for reception, administration and wine cellar. The owners produce wine and guests can visit the ancient wine cellar, where you can taste good wines and olive oil. The mansion on the property was built in the period 1580 and 1589. Design has been traced back to the famous Florentine sculptor and architect Bartolomeo Ammannati. In 1953, the villa and property were purchased by Dr. Enrico Piaggio, the manufacturer of the legendary Vespa.

Villa La Frasca consists of the main villa, which can be divided into two large apartments, as well as an annex. La Frasca 1, La Frasca 2 is located in the main house and Il Fienile is the annex. Description follows below.

La Frasca 1 (8)

210 sqm. The house / apartment is spread over two floors and is part of the main house “La Frasca”.
The ground floor contains a spacious entrance hall, large kitchen, living room with direct access to the terrace, small office with telephone and fax, internet / ADSL, bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden, private bathroom with tub and shower and a double room with bathroom with shower. This room also has direct access to the garden. The second floor contains a spacious living room with open fireplace and TV set, stereo hi-fi, DVD, a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with tub and shower and a double room with bathroom with shower.

La Frasca 2 (8)

210 sqm. The house / apartment is spread over two floors and is part of the main house “La Frasca”.
The ground floor contains the living room which is located in a lovely conservatory and can be converted into an open veranda during the summer season. The same floor has a spacious kitchen and living room with open fireplace (TV-sat, stereo hi-fi, DVD). The living room has direct access to the garden. Pets permitted: € 5.00 per day.
Rental of pool towels: € 5.00 per week.
AC is included in the price.
If your rent is for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 15:00 and 18:00.
