Beautiful villa in quiet surroundings on a ridge between San Gimignano and Volterra in central Tuscany. The villa consists of 3 double rooms and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child + baby. Here is AC and its own lovely pool (10x5m, depth from 1.20 – 2.40 meters). The pool is open from 1 May until 31 October.

The hosts help you book tickets to the most popular museums in Florence, give recommendations of the best places to eat, tips on the most interesting cities to visit, etc. For example, you can visit the city of San Gimignano with its 15 towers and the world’s best ice cream. In Volterra you can eat at a restaurant with fantastic views or attend a truffle festival. Volterra towers over the terrain, where it is located at a marked height. Discover Tuscany. Look for small villages, vineyards and casual eateries. You are usually surprised at how good food is served.

The owners of Villa Cabbia do their utmost to ensure that guests enjoy the place and provide relevant info about the surroundings and places to visit. Every morning you can buy baked goods from the local baker who transports the goods to the villa. The villa is located on a large property with other villas, apartments and rooms for rent. About Villa Cabbia (6 + 1)

Villa Cabbia is 120 sqm and has its own swimming pool measuring 10 * 5 m.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, oven. Living room with TV. Bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there are 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. There is air conditioning in the villa. Outside there is a covered terrace with table and chairs and nice pool area. Parking available.

The prices above are in euros and apply per day. Flexible arrival and departure days (minimum 5 night rental).
Included in the price are bed linen and towels with weekly change, and final cleaning.
There is WIFI at the reception and at the restaurant.
A supplement is paid for any use of AC and electricity for heating, € 10.00 per day. Heating is normally only required for rentals for the period before May or from the end of September.
A security deposit of € 300.00 by credit card is required upon arrival for incidentals. The money is returned in full upon departure if no significant damage has occurred.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.00 per day for up to 6 days. Dinner costs € 25.00 per person. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. Breakfast costs € 13.00 per person over 10 years. € 8.00 per person under 10 years.

Extra bed costs € 10.00 per night. Cot inserted free of charge.
When booking, a 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
