Residence in a great location near the coast and with a view to the vines, 50 min from the airport in Pescara. Separate spa area, and bright nice apartments with balcony, or double room with terrace. Here there is an on-site restaurant, pool, sun terrace and shuttle bus to the beach. Panoramic views from parts of the property and some apartments.

Many Norwegians have discovered the area around Pescara, which is located in the Abruzzo region, facing the Adriatic Sea with mile upon mile of sandy beaches. Compared to popular Tuscany, the price level is somewhat lower in this area.

Residence Adriatico is located up on a beautiful hillside about 10 min from the beaches. Apartments of different sizes are offered here. There is AC and internet in the apartments. If you holiday here, you can alternate between spending days on the beach or by the pool (16x8m, depth 1.20m) at the apartments. The pool is open all season.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner all week from June to September. In other periods, the restaurant is open on weekends. Here you get food typically from the Abruzzo area. Seafood is, among other things, something you are good at in this area. From the bar you can order different types of drinks, coffee and ice cream.

Residence Adriatico maintains a 4-star standard. It is about 2-3 km up to cozy little village with great views and several good places to eat. At the beaches there is a large selection of restaurants.

There is Wifi in the reception and the restaurant. There is also internet connection in all apartments. Internet cable must be brought or borrowed at the reception. The resort has a stylish spa center. There are several cozy towns to visit. We can recommend excursions to the cities of San Benedetto del Tronto and Ascoli Piceno. You can also go on day trips to the Marche region, which borders Abruzzo.

Rome Fiumicino Airport is 2 hours and 30 minutes away.

Three-room apartment (4 + 2)

The apartment is 60 sqm. Well equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, coffee machine). Living room (TV, telephone, safe and AC). Bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms (sleeps 4) and double sofa bed (sleeps 2). Balcony of 8-10 sqm with table and chairs. Most three-room apartments have sea views. Possibilities to insert an extra bed. Traces!

Two-room apartment – with roof terrace (3-5)

The penthouse is 50 sqm. Well equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, coffee machine). Living room (TV, telephone, safe and AC). Bathroom with shower. One bedroom (sleeps 2) + double sofa bed (sleeps 2). Terrace of 30 sqm. The apartment has a sea view. Possibilities to insert an extra bed.

The prices above are in Norwegian kroner and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday.
NB: +2 means 2 beds in the sofa bed in the living room.
Included in the price are bed linen and towels with weekly change, electricity, AC, parking / garage, free WIFI in the common areas, free entrance to the on-site spa, shuttle bus to / from the beach and service such as parasol, sun loungers and chairs by the beach.
Wifi in the reception and restaurant. There is also internet connection in all apartments. Ask at the reception for a loan of cable, you can also bring your own cable.
If your rent is for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
For stays in the period 10 / 6-31 / 8, a tourist tax of approximately € 1.30 per person per day must be paid.
A supplement is paid for pool towels, all spa treatments, final cleaning / daily cleaning, extra change of bed linen / towels, transport to / from the airport.
A security deposit of € 150.00 per apartment must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full if no significant damage has occurred. Final cleaning costs € 90.00 for three rooms and € 80.00 for two rooms with roof terrace.
There is a surcharge for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurant, ask us for menu and prices.
An extra bed for € 150.00 per week is available.
A cot can be added for a supplement of € 18.00 per piece, per day.
Shared laundry room available (iron, ironing board and washing machine).
Pets are not permitted.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
