Casale Terricciola is located in the province of Pisa, just 36 km from Galileo Galilei Airport. From the farm there are beautiful views over a typical Tuscan landscape with rolling hills, vineyards and small villages. The Terricciola area is known for the production of wine and oil.

All apartments are comfortable and nicely furnished, and have private patios. The apartments have AC and internet. A family of four can stay in apartment type B, which you can see in more detail below. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, espresso machine, refrigerator and freezer, 4 plate stove and oven. The farm has a beautiful pool area (14×6 meters, with a depth of 1.50 m) with panoramic views, delicate teak furniture and large garden areas with flowers and herbs. Subject to bad weather, the pool will be heated in the period 23 / 3-31 / 5 and 21 / 9-2 / 11 2019. There is a common BBQ area for guests. The reception, wine shop and bar are open every day.

Wine tasting

Casale Terricciola is owned by the family that produces the world-famous Ferrec (sparkling wine) prosecco further north in Italy. At Casale Terricciola, red wines are produced. Guests can join the wine tasting and tour of the on – site wine cellar. In the summer, concerts are often arranged in the wine cellar.

It is centrally located close to many important Tuscan cities, 25 km from Pisa, 25 km from Volterra, 40 km from Lucca, 70 km from Siena, 65 km from Florence and 35 km from the sea. In addition, there are many exciting smaller places nearby you can “discover”. For example. Cascina Terme (10 km) known for its thermal baths located right in the center. Cascina is a little gem with many cozy shops and restaurants. Nearest shop: in Terricciola 1.5 km. Pisa is located 40 min from the apartments.

One-Bedroom Apartments (2):

Room for 2 people in each apartment. 40 sqm. on the ground floor. The apartments are charming. Dining room with kitchenette. Exit to the garden with table and chairs. Bathroom with shower. A staircase leads up to the charming open gallery with double bed. AC.

B
One-Bedroom Apartments with Double Sofa Bed (2 + 2):

The apartments vary slightly in size. All are located on the ground floor and have a double room, living room / kitchen, bathroom, sofa bed, private patio – either right outside the door or a little from the door – with table and chairs. AC. Set price for 2 people, differing prices for 3 and 4 people.

C
Two-Bedroom Apartment with Double Sofa Bed (4 + 2):

80 sqm ground floor apartment in own house. Charming dining room (sofa bed) with direct access to private garden and terrace with table and chairs and great views! Separate kitchen. 2 double bedrooms with bath and shower. NB: This apartment can be connected to a neighboring apartment with space for 2 + 2 people. Located near the pool. AC. One price for 4 people, other prices for 5 and 6 people.

D
Apartments with 3 bedrooms and double sofa bed for (6 + 2) people:

160 sqm. Located with its own entrance on the second floor of the main building. The apartments are spacious and beautifully furnished. They have 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. In one of the apartments is one of the double bedrooms in the “tower” (on a separate floor). From here you can enjoy beautiful views! The apartments have a spacious dining area in the kitchen, and a separate living room. Living room is separated by a door, and has a double sofa bed and a chair that can be converted into a single bed. The living room can be converted into a bedroom for 3 people, and still have a living room (kitchen) available. Both apartments have a patio with table and chairs. AC. Set price for 6 people, differing prices for 7 and 8 people.

In apartments B, C and D there is a double sofa bed in addition to the beds in the bedrooms. The sofa beds can be used by children aged 12-17 years. If you are older, an ordinary bed is recommended.
Included in the price: 1 bottle of red wine on arrival, breakfast buffet, heated pool in the period 29/30 – 02/5 and 27/9 – 3/11 2024. Bed linen and towels (change of linen after four days), daily cleaning and final cleaning, clean bath towel every day, use of electricity, water and gas, access to the house’s vegetable garden and honey from own production, barbecue, BBQ, Wifi, 1 coffee ampule for coffee machine per day per person, wine tasting, baby cot, high chair, AC in the period 2/ 5- 22/9 2024, heating in the period 29/3- 2/5 and 27/9 – 3/11 2024, reception 3 days a week, some foreign newspapers, Tea time (Approx. 16.00 17.00 every day tea is served , coffee and biscuits), hiking trails in the area, parking on the property.

If you rent for a period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
Small pets permitted, on request.

Breakfast buffet from 08:00 – 11:00am, included in the price.
Free wine tasting is arranged. NOTE: To get a free wine tasting, you must participate at the time you are informed that the wine tasting is arranged. You cannot select a time.

Washing machine € 3.00 per wash and dryer € 3.00 per round.
Babysitting € 18.00 per hour.
Half board costs € 30.00 per adult and € 15.00 for children (4-12 years).
If you book half board (for the entire stay) at the same time as you book the actual stay, the prices are € 25.00 for adults and € 10.00 for children respectively.
At check-in, credit card details are registered as a guarantee. Similarly for hotel stays. Withdrawals from the card only occur in cases where the client departs
without settling any bills from the bar / restaurant, or in case of damage to the apartment.
The reception and wine shop are open every day from 09:30 to 12:00am and from 3:00 to 6:00pm. (Closed from 12:00 – 3:00pm).
The restaurant is open from 7:00 – 11:00pm.
When booking, 30% of the rental amount must be paid.
The balance is payable 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Saturday between 15.00 and 18.00. IMPORTANT: On arrival outside reception opening hours, the place must be informed no later than one day before arrival. There is an additional cost of € 20.00 for each hour you arrive after kl. 18.00 (19: 00-24: 00)
Departure: Saturday morning at 09.00-10.00. Late departure can in some cases be arranged. You pay € 20.00 per hour after kl. 10.00 one leaves the apartment.
NB: Outside the high season, you can arrive and travel on freely chosen days of the week.
