Here you can relax without noise from the city, but still stay centrally 20 km from Pisa airport, and 20 km from the charming center of Lucca. The place is perfect for families or groups of friends on holiday. We rent out apartments that are suitable for 2 to 6 people, and an independent house with space for 8. The apartments are bright with AC and private patios with tables and chairs. Communal pool (18x9m, depth 1.50m) in large garden. The pool is open from May until the end of the season. Bicycles for loan. It’s also a great idea to stay during spring and autumn when the pool can be heated. Small playground for the little ones. In the garden you can retreat under the shade on a large covered terrace with comfortable furniture.

A total of 10 apartments and a villa are spread over several buildings. All accommodation units are equipped with: AC, underfloor heating, well-equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher), TV, telephone, wifi for a fee, safe, hairdryer. The ground floor apartments have small gardens with chairs and tables. The area around the pool has plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Stairs down to the pool are ideal for smaller children. Bicycles are available for guests. Common BBQ area. Large parking space. The apartments and the villa have one communal pool.

Borgo Puccini is located in the heart of a large protected nature park “San Rossore Massaciuccoli”, and there are beautiful hiking areas in the local area. Here you can go bird watching, cycling, horse riding, boating and canoeing. Short distance to famous coastal towns on the Versilia coast such as Torre del Lago, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. Popular places such as Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca and Volterra can be easily reached on day trips. The nearest small village is less than 1.5 km away where you can find a grocery store, bar and baker. 9 km to the beach.

“Villas” (6 + 2)

The villa has lots of space and private garden. It is an independent building and can accommodate 8 people: 3 bedrooms with double beds + large living room with double sofa beds. The villa has 3 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. 600 sqm with private garden, table and chairs. The villa shares a pool with the apartments.

Ginestra (2 + 2)

Ground floor apartment. Spacious double room + double sofa bed in the living room. Well equipped kitchen. Living / dining area. Bathroom with shower. Small garden with table, chairs and parasol.

Camomilla (2 + 1)

Large apartment over two floors (ground floor and second floor). On the ground floor: well-equipped kitchenette. Living / dining area. Small garden with table, chairs and parasol. Second floor: double room and room with two single beds. It is possible to insert an extra bed. Bathroom with shower.

The prices above are in euros and apply per day, except for the period 23 / 7-10 / 9. See price list.
Prices include use of electricity, gas, water and AC, as well as bed linen and towels. If your rent is for the period before May or from the end of September, electricity for heating is not included in the price.
A cot and high chair can be added on request.
Lending of 13 bicycles (adults).
A supplement is paid for the use of Wifi.
The price for final cleaning is as follows: Rosa- Menta-Ginestra-Camomilla-Lavanda – € 60.00. Mirto-Timo-Leccio-Giglio-Ginepro- € 80.00 Villa- € 120.00 Midweek cleaning on request. For an extra charge.
Supplement for breakfast: per week adults: € 42.00, children € 30.00.
Extra bed, must be booked: € 20.00 per day.
Smaller pets allowed, for Euro 30.00 per week for extra cleaning.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot.
A security deposit of € 150.00 per apartment is payable in cash on arrival. In the case of the villa, the amount is € 250.00. The money is refunded on departure if no significant damage has occurred.

Arrival time: In the period 23/7 to 10/9 there is only rental Saturday-Saturday: Check-in during this period is from 14.00 to 20.30. In other periods of the year, check-in takes place in the two periods 11.30-12.30 and 17.00-20.30. Always notify in advance when you expect to arrive.
Late check-out may incur a fee of € 40.00.
Departure: Flexible. One can inquire if it is possible for a late departure. Incurs a supplement of up to € 40.
