When you turn into the courtyard in front of the apartments at Bella Vista, you are struck by the magnificent view. The buildings have been completely renovated and were opened for rent in the autumn of 2011. The apartments and the annex are separated from each other by private patios with tables, parasols and chairs. New beautiful pool area, with panoramic views. Around the property are vines and olive groves. Walking distance to the local bar and trattoria where delicious Tuscan food is served. At the local bar you can start the day in Italian style with a cornetto (croissant) and cup of espresso.
The Italian family that owns the place runs a vineyard opposite. Here you can taste the proud owner’s products. The place produces wine, olive oil, vin santo and grappa.
The apartments and the annex are modern and well equipped. All have separate entrances. If the villa is rented by a larger group, you have the entire patio at your disposal and exclusive right to the pool (4x14m, depth 1.20m). The pool is open during the tourist season.
Bella Vista is an excellent base for visiting the many charming towns and vineyards of Chianti. Florence is 30 minutes away. Castellina in Chianti is 6 km away. Here there is a grocery store, specialty shops and several good restaurants. Furthermore, we will mention Count in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, San Gimignano, Siena, Monteriggioni and San Donato as some of the many places to visit. Vineyards can be found along the roads in many places. Restaurant is within walking distance (500m away) and is open for lunch and dinner. Nearest grocery store 6 km away.
Florence airport 40 min – Pisa airport 1 hour 40 min – Bologna airport 1 hour.

Melograno (8)
160 sqm. Large apartment. Melograno is the largest of the apartments and is located on the second floor. It has its own defined patio with chairs and table. Living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Fireplace, Tv. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Washing machine.
Noce (4 + sofa bed)
Located on the ground floor with private patio with table and chairs. Living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Fireplace, TV. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. Suitable for the disabled. Washing machine. 80 sqm.
Ciliegio (5 + sofa bed)
Ciliegio is spread over two floors with entrance from the ground floor. Private patio with table and chairs. Two entrances. Living room, sofa bed in living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Fireplace, TV. Two double rooms and one single room on the second floor. 90 sqm. Ciliegio has a “connecting door” with Pesco, and is suitable for renting with this. Washing machine.
Pesco (2 + sofa bed)
55 sqm. This apartment is spread over two floors with entrance on the ground floor. Private patio with table and chairs. Living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Fireplace, TV. One bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. 70 sqm. Pesco has a “connecting door” with Ciliegio, and is suitable for renting with this. Washing machine.
Melo (2 + sofa bed)
55 sqm. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own patio with chairs and table. Living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Fireplace, TV, one bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. Suitable for the disabled. Washing machine.
Mandorlo (2)
28 sqm. Very nice little annex that stands by itself on the ground floor. Accommodates 2 people. Private terrace in the garden with table and chairs. Kitchenette (dishwasher, American coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer), living room with double bed, TV and dining area, wardrobe and 1 bathroom (hair dryer). The apartment has internet access in the garden and at the reception area. Access to iron and board. Washing machine. Air condition.

The prices above are in euros and apply to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday.
Prices include final cleaning, bed linen and towels.
A supplement is paid for electricity for heating, this is normally only necessary for rent for the period before May or from the end of September. Cost is € 15.00 euros per day.
Prices do not include tourist tax. This must be paid on the spot. The tourist tax applies to all persons over the age of 14 and amounts to € 1.50 per day for up to 7 days.
A security deposit must be paid on arrival. The money is returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
You can order laundry. Bed linen and towels can be changed during your stay. This costs € 10.00 per person. Bath towel can be rented for € 5.00 per piece, per week.
Possibilities to rent a minivan with driver, have lunch and dinner at the restaurant nearby and arrange MTB tours, on request.

When booking, a 30% deposit of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.
Arrival time: Between 16:00 and 19:00. If you arrive after 19:00, the owner must be informed well in advance.
Departure: By 10.00
