Sardinia is said to be “Europe’s answer to the Caribbean” with its beautiful crystal clear waters, fine sandy beaches and surrounding islands. A favorite holiday destination for Italians. August is the absolute peak season. The coastal area of Costa Smeralda in the north, is considered the most exclusive part of the island. Northeast of Sardinia is the area of Baja Sardinia with Olbia as the nearest airport and ferry port. Baja Sardinia is a cozy small coastal town with long stretches of public beaches. The beaches of Sardinia can be relatively crowded in high season, but at Tre Monti you can experience tranquil surroundings and wonderful clear water. There are a number of smaller beaches in the area. And within walking distance of the holiday homes you will often find a number of nice places to swim and sunbathe. The center of Baja Sardinia has several good restaurants, some shops and bars. In the evening there is a lively and good atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although Sardinia is perhaps best known for its fine beaches and clear waters, it also has much more to offer. Here you can play golf, visit exciting cities, rent a boat and discover the surrounding islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
