Villa Camilla

Gorgeous and affordable villa with pool in Tuscany. The villa has AC, 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 + 1 people. It is just 5 km from the charming center of Lucca. Beautiful covered outdoor space and lovely well-kept garden. The plot is child-friendly and completely level. The pool is 9 meters long, 5 meters wide, and has a depth of 1.2 m at the most shallow and 1.5 m at the deep end. The pool is open from May to September and is kept clean using chlorine.

About the villa

The villa of about 350 sqm is spread over two floors, has spacious rooms, and is furnished with comfortable furniture. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms, a dining room, one kitchen, one bathroom and one laundry room. On the second floor there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other 2 have two single beds. One of the 3 bathrooms on the second floor is adjacent to one double room. The villa has facilities such as satellite TV, AC, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher and oven. On the ground floor there are two dining tables, one in the dining room with six chairs, and another in the kitchen with four chairs.

Patio

From the ground floor you have direct access to the large covered patio with BBQ. The patio is well furnished with a rectangular table and seating area. In the evenings it is well lit with outdoor lamps. The property is fenced and has a private electric gate. The courtyard is large and there is plenty of room for 3 cars.

the price above is in euros and applies to weekly stays. Rental Saturday – Saturday. Included in the prices are bed linen and towels with weekly change.
Final cleaning is added and paid for on site. Price 250 Euro. Any use of AC comes in addition and costs € 15.00 per day.
It is allowed with small dogs. This costs € 35 per week. Paid on site.
A security deposit of € 500 must be paid on arrival. The money will be returned in full on departure if no significant damage has occurred.
Tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per day for the first three days. Paid in cash on site.
When booking, about 30% of the rental amount must be paid. The balance is paid 10 weeks before arrival.

Arrival time: Between 16.00 – 19.00. For arrivals later than 19:00, this must be agreed in advance.
Departure time: By 10.00 on the day you leave.
